Mindfulness is the art of being a compassionate observer of our own experience.
Mindfulness meditation can help us reduce stress & be calmer. All are welcome whether a beginner or with previous experience. Many techniques are introduced. Participants are encouraged to find their preferred method.
These are drop-in workshops. No registration is required. No fee. All are welcome: faculty, staff and students.
