Rutgers is such a diverse school that it is very easy to fall into the trap of thinking that the people you meet are smarter, more outgoing, more proactive, etc. than you. However, it is so important to remember that everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, and what might be good for someone else is not inherently good for you. Do not let the imposter syndrome make you forget that you are just as worthy of being here as everyone else and deter you from reaching your goals. The best thing to remember when going into college is to do what is right for you and your growth, not what think others are doing or what you believe is expected from you. | |||
