Dean Kim-Lee is the Campus Director for the SAS Honors Program on Busch Campus and oversees the Honors Peer Mentor Program, including the Peer Mentor Programming Board, Honors Alumni initiatives, and the Honors Peer Leader in McCormick Suites. She attended Northern Valley Regional High School in Old Tappan, NJ, graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's from Mount Holyoke College, earned a Master's in Sociology from Brandeis University, and a Doctorate in Education from Rutgers University, focusing her research on "Students' Perceptions of the Second Year and the Role of Advising." Before advising at Rutgers, Dean Kim-Lee advised undergraduate students at Brandeis University, Ramapo College of New Jersey, and Caldwell University. She lives in Bergen County, NJ with her husband, a Rutgers alumnus, daughter, and their dog, Cooper. She is eager to help students get the most out of their Rutgers experience!
