Dean Chandrashekhar is the campus director for the SAS Honors Program on Livingston Campus and manages the Tutoring Program, Honors Housing, and Scholars Days. She earned her BA in Communication with a minor in Organizational Leadership from Rutgers University, where she was heavily involved in student life, residence life, and worked as an academic coach. She then earned her Master's degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The University of Connecticut. She has worked in multiple advising capacities for most of her career and values her connections and conversations with students. She lives in Central Jersey with her husband and wonderful twins. In her spare time, she loves being outdoors, travelling, crafting, and spending time with her family. She’s always excited to meet with students and share her love of Rutgers with them!
